1. SELECT YOUR PRODUCT

Please let us know how many units per item you’re interested in.

*We do allow for customer supplied garments. MSC does not accept any liability for damage or misprints to customer supplied materials. Client supplied garments will only be accepted if it has a reference PO noted and it's accompanied by a pack list. Any shipment that arrives without a PO and pack list will be subject to a $50 receiving fee.*

2. SUBMIT YOUR VECTOR ARTWORK (.ai, .eps. .pdf - 300 dpi)

We work with print-ready vector art files. Max sizing: 14.5” x 17.5”

FOR ARTWORK THAT IS NOT 100% PRINT READY, WE CHARGE $80 PER HOUR TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS SUCH AS SIZE, TEXT OR ANY OTHER MANIPULATIONS.

3. APPROVE YOUR QUOTE

Once we know the design, garment, and total quantity, we can create a price quote.

4. PAY THE 50% DEPOSIT

We require a deposit of 50% up front on all orders.  Once that deposit is paid and all artwork is print ready, we will put you in the print schedule.

ARTWORK GUIDELINES

We recommend that all artwork be submitted as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator files (in the following formats: .ai, .psd, .eps, or .tiff).  All

Adobe Photoshop files must be 300 dpi at the final print stage. 

For Adobe Illustrator, please convert the type to outlines. 

For all bitmap or halftone images, please supply an original of your file in the event that there needs to be any changes made to the pattern.

All other art files submitted may require adjustments.

If you are unsure about what to send, give us the largest file you have and we will let you know if it is useable.

COLOR REQUIREMENTS & GUIDELINES

Make sure you are aware of the garment color you are using and make note if you plan to use more than one color garment.

Indicate any Pantone colors you intend to use on the mock up and in your order instructions.

If no Pantone color is specified we will use the closest match to the color of your artwork.

SIZING GUIDELINES

Be sure your artwork is sized correctly and indicated on the mock up.  Also take a look at how the artwork will fit on your entire run, Small - 2 XLarge.  "Go as big as you can" has an entirely different meaning on a size Small shirt and a 2XLarge shirt.

SET UP & FILM CHARGES

Film is a one-time charge.  Once we have it, we keep it on file indefinitely.  A "set up" fee ($30) will be charged each time the job is set up.  It covers screen use, burning of the screen, and clean up.  This will be charged as a re-set charge ($15).

PROCESS PRINTING

Process printing includes artwork with shading that is not in layers, photo-realistic images and all images that can't be separated into spot colors. We do require that a proof be approved before we print the job.
